<![CDATA[毕业工签 full-time定义]]>您好！我想咨询一下移民局是如何判断我是否是full-time的呢？我现在是多伦多大学大二的学生，考虑今年Fall上4门课，Winter上2门课。已经和学校确认了学校对于full-time的定义是一个学年（Fall+Winter）一共6门课，因此我这样符合学校的full-time定义。已经确认过，多伦多大学对于每个学期最少要上几门课才能是full-time是没有定义的，只有一整个学年要求上至少6门课。

但是看到有些人说移民局是按照学期算的，还有人说移民局只认每个学期3门课或者以上为full-time。我在担心如果移民局把多大整个学年至少6门课的定义除以2，那就是每学期至少3门课，这样我Winter只上2门课就不满足了。

当然我问过学校registrar，到时候如果要求学校出具官方letter，上面是会写我一直都保持full-time的，因为我完全满足学校对于full-time的定义。只不过成绩单上会显示我大二Winter学期只有2门课，所以想问问不知道我这样会不会无法拿到PGWP呢？

签证官看的还是你的成绩单和学校的policy，除非你能让advisor写一封正式的信证明你是fulltime。 尽量保守吧

Full-time studies: a standard course load is 2.5 credits per semester, although students who enrol in 1.5 credits or more are considered full-time. If you wish to graduate in four years, you must pass 2.5 credits in two of the three semesters (Fall, Winter, Summer).
