我看BC省的PNP项目写着：have completed a valid graduate program of study at an eligible post-secondary institution in B.C. in the last three years. 如果我的项目在PNP名单里，但是我一直在国内上网课，会影响PNP以及后续PR申请吗？还有是不是会不满足EE里面的这个打分项目：you must have studied at a school within Canada (foreign campuses don’t count)
you had to be enrolled full time for at least eight months, and have been physically present in Canada for at least eight months
