<![CDATA[请教关于TRPR Pathway副申请人的Work Permit申请被拒]]>已递交TRPR Pathway的申请，我是主申请人（持有配偶工签至2022年4月），我太太是副申请人（持有学签至2022年4月）。上个月帮太太递交了工签申请，今天收到拒签信说“Client is applying under the TRPR pathway PP but holds a valid SP to 2022-04-14 therefore is not eligible to apply. ”

可官网对于Family Memebr申请工签并没有任何身份的要求，而且还提及： “You can apply up to 4 months before your current work permit expires. Your family members can apply at any time.” 请问我是否可以跟CIC申述一下？如果可以，是不是通过Webform？

这个官方的要求其实就有不明确的地方比如配偶申请的要求有一项是if the principal applicant is eligible for an open work permit for this public policy。 可以先试试webform向移民局说明是配偶申请试试。
