<![CDATA[PGWP入境以及SIN的问题]]>您好，我在加拿大毕业后回国申请了pgwp，今年5月收到了The letter of introduction。现在人在国内想回加拿大找工作，但国内没法打加拿大认可的疫苗而且没工作就没法入境。之前co-op时的SIN也过期了，renew SIN时被要求提供work permit，想要work permit只能入境时拿。这就进了死循环。

请问：

  1. The letter of introduction能当renew SIN的证件吗？
  2. 过期的SIN影响找工作吗？

根据 https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/permit/temporary/prepare-arrival.html ，有letter of introduction的情况下还要proof that you’re travelling for a non-discretionary purpose（job offer）。
后面还提到入境后拿到permit才能申请SIN。唉，好麻烦。请问在政府网站哪能找到这个”豁免入境“的信息？谢谢您的回复。
