<![CDATA[关于PPR信的疑问]]>请教一下 PPR信截图最后一句 "your failure to declare all of your family members, accompanying or not, will permanently exclude them from sponsorship under the family class regulations.

这里family members指的只是同一个EE申请里的dependent(s)，是吗？如果几年后希望帮国内的父母办理团聚，这里需要declare吗？
