<![CDATA[访友签证申请人资金问题]]>您好，我是去年７月登陆的PR，在多伦多工作并有足够的收入，现在想邀请在美国居住的朋友来加访问。
申请人是哥伦比亚公民，持美国F-1签证并在读PhD，可以提供学校的在读证明和工作证明。但是申请人的银行存款过低，每个月固定就只有几百美元，工作的收入也只是博士生research和TA水平。请问这种情况下如果邀请人在邀请信内说明会承担申请人在加的所有旅行费用，并提供足够的存款证明，是否足以弥补申请人条件的不足？多谢！
