请问Ethan, 之前发了一个amendment of immigration document request，通过mp了解到6/8 ircc已经把amended document寄出了，直至现在还没收到。打电话给agent确认收信地址没问题， 这个地址之前也收到了枫叶卡 健康卡 驾照。请问文件丢失的话应该如何让ircc重新寄出?
(1) 现在ircc基本不回复webform.
(2) 打电话找agent 如何确定他们是真的寄出了？这有办法通过email 获得文件吗? 因为移民局发出的是一份status verification document, 本来也不像学签工签必须要原件。万一寄出了又不见了怎么处理呢？

重新申请需要四十周 这回是加急成功才赶紧更正过来的。重新申请只能申请replacement了吧? 因为不需要更正 只需要那个status verification document。
