请教下新生代老师和各位网友，最近用ATIP申请加拿大出入境记录，我发现有一句话：As of July 11,2019, the CBSA collects exit information on all travellers (including Canadian and American citizens) in the land mode and in the commercial air mode as of June 25, 2020. 那是不是意味着走水路出境，比如说温哥华坐船到西雅图，CBSA不会记录呢。
