Landed Immigrant: You are a
permanent resident of Canada who has taken up residency in Quebec within the first three months after your permanent resident landing date i.e., the date you became a permanent resident).

是不是认为如果即使在外省登陆，三个月内能搬家去魁北克就可以享受魁省学费？

学校说他们不允许提供建议，如果我觉得符合条件就提交文件给他们申请本地学费的资格
