<![CDATA[CRS-arranged employment 的分數]]>如果打算走international student stream 的話，提工job offer 的僱主是不用有lmia 的，對嗎？

但我在建立 EE profile jof offer 一項，填進有job offer 但沒有lmia 後，發現CRS-arranged employment 的分數沒有加分，請問是什麼原因呢？

謝謝， 另外如想走int'l student strema oinp的，可以用post grad work permit 嗎(是封閉底工簽？).

其job offer 生效期可以在取得pr 後生效，還是申請oinp 時必需已經生效？
