請問tr to pr審查方式，是不分類別，完全以遞交時間來決定被審查的順序，還是會先分類別，再依時間順序做審查呢？謝謝
基本都是按照递交的先后顺序，但是没那么严格，毕竟各个分配的处理办公室速度也不同
